OUR HISTORY:
- 2001
- Established in Sydney as a specialist expat recruitment company targeting senior appointments in the Middle East, North Africa & Asia.
- 2006
- Dubai office opens. We were the first Australian technical recruitment company to open a fully functional office in Dubai recruiting exclusively for the local engineering, construction and property markets across the UAE.
- 2006
- Sydney office continues to recruit for the rest of the Middle East, North Africa & Asia and also in 2006 expands into the Australian markets with a new division focusing on National appointments Australia wide.
- 2008
- Executive Search Division is established. We now offer a National & International Retained Search Service with an industry focused approach. (www.acrsearch.com)
- Payroll Division is established. We expand our service offerings to our Australian clients and candidates offering 'on hire contractors' Nationally.
- 2009
- Credit Crunch. ACRWORLD strengthens its presence in the Australian market hiring talented recruiters with in depth market knowledge.
- 2010
- With deteriorating market conditions we close our Dubai office. From our Sydney office, our expatriate team of recruiters continue to focus on placements across the Middle East, North Africa & Asia Region.
- ACRWORLD continues to expand towards our goal of being Australia’s first choice engineering and construction recruitment company offering our candidates a vast range of opportunities and our clients a professional & ethical service based on delivery.
- 2011
- ACRWORLD moves forward with planned expansion. In September we opened an office in Perth to focus on contract /temp roles in white collar engineering across Western Australia. We also welcome a number of new hires into the business. We currently have 28 staff servicing the Australian and International Engineering & Construction markets.
