Current Opportunities:
Due to the award of a number of PSL agreements across our business we are expanding in each of our divisions.
Our Consultants work in 360 degree environments and will be given either a geographical or a skills based market share within the industry based division. We ensure each consultant has a market share that allows for growth and development.
We currently employ 28 staff and our expansion plans include interstate and international options.

8. Resourcers:
The Resourcers role will involve the following:
- Supporting a Managing Consultant
- Extensive candidate generation to assist us in sourcing suitable candidates for our clients vacancies
- Advertising
- Database searches
- Networking - Linkedin etc
- Cold calling
- Database entry
You will spend 80% of your time on the telephone so previous experience in a cold calling environment would be of interest.
There will be a requirement for a good technical engineering/construction industry understanding. We can offer training here providing you have the desire to learn.
The successful applicant will be able to demonstrate the following:
- Articulate
- Organised (extremely)
- Ability to type 40+ wpm
- Self motivated
- Attention to detail
The role will pay a base salary and commission scheme based on placements assisted with.
