Fascinated by the human element at work, she pursued a Bachelor’s degree in Events Management, with a strong focus on organisational dynamics. This naturally led her into the field of recruitment.
Since arriving in Australia in 2019, Georgina has brought with her a wealth of experience in sales, retention, and operations from her career in the UK. Her extensive recruitment background in high-level business support has honed her ability to identify top-tier talent. Georgina prides herself on her exceptional relationship management skills, ensuring superior service for both clients and candidates.
