Harriet's career began in sales back in the UK which led to a transition into recruitment after relocating to Australia in 2019, working within an RPO (Recruitment Process Outsourcing) model. This experience has allowed her to develop a deep understanding of clients needs across multiple sectors, particularly in mining, rail, and civil consruction from both an in-house and external perspective.
Harriet brings a well rounded approach to recruitment, offering valuable insights into the complexities of these sectors and an ability to deliver tailored recruitment solutions that meet both the clients and candidates needs.
Her strengths are in candidate generation where her extensive networks, combined with a continuous and refined talent mapping process ensure she sources the highest quality shortlists of candidates for each role worked.
From working alongside small contractors and growing their workforce across Australia to supporting tier 1 and 2 construction companies in staffing large scale projects, she brings an ability to identify top talent and build strong relationships with stakeholders.
