John is originally from Manchester, England. He graduated in Town Planning in 1996 and fell into an Engineering Recruitment job straight out of university. After 3 years of recruiting Building Services Engineers to the Middle East and Asia markets, he was offered a job and relocated to Sydney in 1999. He quickly identified a lack of Australian recruitment companies servicing the Middle East markets and established ACRWORLD formerly, AustCorp Recruitment. John has successfully sourced senior ex-pat talent across the Middle East, North Africa and Asia markets.
John has managed major international recruitment drives. He has a track record of successfully sourcing project leadership individuals/teams for some of the worlds largest projects. His placements have had a significant, positive impact on the employers profitability and business growth. The average time Johns placements have lasted with their employer is 3.4 years. He puts this down to a consultative process ensuring the right long-term match.
