Kain has worked in recruitment for the past 8 years working across both the UK and Australia. Kain started his career with one of the world's largest recruitment companies, benefitting from extensive training and development where his role grew to manage a branch office.
Since arriving in Australia Kain has been developing markets for blue-collar positions across the HVAC & Fire industry across the NSW building markets.
He takes pride in getting an in-depth understanding of both his client's and candidates needs by meeting everyone that he works with as he likes to take the personal approach. Outside of work Kain is a massive fan of music and enjoys golf and socialising with friends.
