About the Role:

We are currently seeking skilled and experienced steel fixers, formworkers, concreters, and operators to join our dynamic team. This is an opportunity to work on exciting projects in Cairns and contribute to the growth and success of our company.

Responsibilities:

• Steel Fixers:
  
  • Interpret engineering drawings and specifications.
  • Cut, bend, and tie reinforcing steel bars.
  • Install reinforcement steel bars in concrete forms.
• Formworkers:
  
  • Construct formwork for concrete foundations, walls, and structures.
  • Install formwork according to specifications.
  • Ensure formwork is level, secure, and properly aligned.
• Concreters:
  
  • Pour, spread, and finish concrete using various tools and techniques.
  • Monitor concrete curing and drying process.
  • Follow safety procedures and quality standards.
• Operators:
  
  • Operate heavy machinery and equipment such as excavators, loaders, and bulldozers.
  • Perform routine checks and maintenance on machinery.
  • Ensure efficient and safe operation of equipment.
