We are seeking an in-house Waterproofing Specialist to join a growing architectural office in Sydney CBD. This newly created role is perfect for someone with experience in waterproofing design, report writing, and project sign-off, specifically for Class 2 buildings such as apartments and mixed-use developments.
IDEAL CANDIDATE PROFILE
- 2+ years of experience as a waterproofing consultant, or working with a builder or developer in a waterproofing specialist role
- Strong knowledge of waterproofing design, compliance standards, and reporting
- Expertise in Class 2 buildings, including apartments and mixed-use projects
- Familiarity with Australian building regulations and best practices
- Ability to collaborate with architects, contractors, and project teams
- City location with great eateries, cafes and bars
