Job Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and skilled Vertical Bag Seal Operator to join a leading food manufacturing company located in near Gregory Hills. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating vertical bag sealing machines to ensure the efficient packaging of our food products while maintaining high-quality standards and adhering to safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and monitor vertical bag sealing machines for the packaging of various food products.
• Set up machines for different packaging specifications and troubleshoot any mechanical issues.
• Conduct regular quality checks to ensure products meet safety and quality standards.
• Maintain accurate production records and logs, including quantities and any deviations from the standard.
• Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of equipment to ensure optimal performance.
• Collaborate with team members to improve production efficiency and product quality.
• Follow all safety protocols and ensure a clean and organized work environment.
• Assist with training new operators and provide support as needed.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification in machinery operation is a plus.
• Previous experience in a manufacturing or food production environment preferred.
• Familiarity with vertical bag sealing machinery is highly desirable.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to adhere to strict quality and safety standards.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage time effectively.
• Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift up to 25 kg and stand for extended periods.
• Comfortable working in a factory environment, which may include exposure to temperature variations and noise.
