About the Role
As the Site Team Lead, reporting directly to the Service Manager, you will be pivotal in ensuring smooth site operations.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Efficiently oversee site resources, ensuring all tasks align with company policies and procedures.
- Organize and assign tasks to team members while planning both reactive and proactive site activities.
- Conduct scheduled and unscheduled maintenance work as necessary to ensure optimal performance.
- Manage the site budget and ensure accurate reporting in line with established processes.
- Identify and recommend enhancements for site infrastructure, including vehicles, facilities, and waste management.
- Ensures quality, health, safety and environmental standards are enforced and maintained. Includes participation in inspections and audits.
- Trade experience in Electrical, Mechanical, Avionics or related field
- Current driving license
- Previous experience as a Technician on an operational Wind Farm
- Working within a troubleshooting or fault-finding environment
- Located within commutable distance of site
