About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Excavator Operator to join the team, handling deep excavation, trenching, and site preparation tasks. The ideal candidate will have a solid work ethic, a team-oriented attitude, and a willingness to help out wherever needed on-site. Experience in the piling industry is advantageous and will be highly valued.
Duties:
- Operate excavators to perform a range of tasks, including digging, trenching, grading, and lifting materials.
- Assist with deep excavation and shoring activities, ensuring the work meets safety and quality standards.
- Conduct routine inspections and maintenance checks on machinery, reporting any issues to site management.
- Support piling activities as needed, working closely with team members to ensure efficient project completion.
- Follow site safety protocols and contribute to maintaining a safe and organized worksite.
- Assist in general site tasks, supporting colleagues and contributing to a collaborative work environment.
- Prior experience as an excavator operator, with any experience in the piling industry considered a plus.
- Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to assist in various site duties.
