General Requirements / Qualifications:
- A relevant degree in Geotechnical or Civil Engineering.
- Proven experience in geotechnical engineering, including field investigations and design development (ideal).
- CPEng/RPEQ status (highly desired).
- Experience or interest in leading teams and managing projects.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience in writing proposals and tenders (preferred).
- Excellent interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with colleagues and clients.
- A valid driver’s license (some travel to sites across Australia may be required).
