A well-established company based in Brisbane is currently seeking a Leading Hand to join their growing team. This company, which has been operating for 7 years, is poised for rapid development and now boasts a workforce of around 100 employees.

They are looking for a dedicated individual with experience in pavement/road structure, stormwater, and earthworks, along with operating machinery and hands-on experience to help lead projects and support their talented workforce.

The ideal candidate will have a background working with smaller companies, bringing a strong work ethic and the ability to integrate well into the company's excellent work culture. Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise civil projects related to pavement/road structure, stormwater, and earthworks
• Operate machinery if needed relevant to the work on site, ensuring efficient and safe operation
• Provide hands-on leadership, guiding and supporting the crew in daily tasks
• Ensure projects run smoothly and efficiently, meeting quality and safety standards
• Maintain safety standards and ensure adherence to company policies
