My client are a leading national Fitout and Refurbishment head contractor who deliver multiple high profile commercial fitout projects across Australia. Across workspace, hospitality, education, government and healthcare.
Due to an impressive amount of growth and an extremely strong pipeline of work, the team are now looking to recruit an experienced Project Manager.
Key Duties
- Produce construction programs, procurement schedules and procure all materials in conjunction with the team
- Ensure full compliance with WHS standards, ensuring the safety of site and team members at all times
- Produce quality plans and ensure the correct standard is maintained throughout the project
- Attend weekly site meetings and issue weekly project reports
- Provide formal project feedback
- Minimum 4+ years experience as a Project Manager within the Fitout and Refurbishment Industry
- MUST have experience with fitout & refurb projects from $10M+
- Preferably with structural experience
- Tertiary qualification, preferably Building or Engineering or Trade qualification with further relevant education
- Great communication skills
- Dynamic, passionate and a team player
- Preferably advanced with Procore / Acconex or alike
- Ability to build and maintain client relationships
- An eye for detail and ability to troubleshoot problems
