As Bid and Tender Coordinator, you will report directly to the National Sales Manager and play a key role in preparing quotes, tenders, and ensuring compliance, while supporting and streamlining internal systems with the sales and project teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare detailed quotes, tenders, and proposals to support the external sales team and the project business
- Ensure all submissions comply with client requirements and internal standards
- Assist in developing and improving internal sales systems and processes
- Collaborate with the National Sales Manager to support business development activities
- Work closely with project teams to provide accurate and timely documentation and support
- Degree in Engineering, Economics or related field
- 1-5 years’ experience in a technical sales support, bid, or tender preparation role
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrated experience with Microsoft Excel, Power BI, Salesforce, and general CRM or sales systems is highly preferred
