- Assess and manage contractual risks, delivering actionable recommendations to executive team
- Stay ahead of legislative and regulatory changes impacting renewable energy in APAC countries
- Lead relationships with external consultants to resolve local matters efficiently
- Legal Expertise: A law degree (Master’s preferred) with 5 to 10 years of post-qualification experience
- Sector Knowledge: proven experience drafting and negotiating EPC contracts and service agreements in energy, infrastructure, utilities or construction sector
- Problem-Solver: A proven ability to navigate complex transactions independently
- Top-Tier Experience: Background in a multinational company or a leading law firm
