We are recruiting a Site Manager on behalf of a leading Design and Construct Fit-Out contractor with an outstanding reputation for delivering high-quality commercial projects.

Based in Sydney’s CBD, with sites primarily in the CBD, this is an excellent opportunity for someone who values teamwork, positivity, and prides themselves on delivering exceptional outcomes. Projects typically range from $500K to $3M, with sizes up to 3,000 sqm.

About the Role
As a Site Manager, you will play a critical role in overseeing the delivery of commercial office fit-outs. Working closely with Project Managers, Contract Administrators, and Interior Designers, you will ensure every project is completed to the highest standard.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all on-site operations, ensuring timelines, safety, and quality standards are met.
• Manage subcontractors and coordinate building services, including electrical and mechanical works.
• Drive compliance with WHS&E and QA systems and processes.
• Provide leadership to project teams and foster a positive and collaborative site culture.

What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years’ experience managing fit-out and refurbishment projects.
• A trade background (preferred) with relevant qualifications.
• Current Construction Industry White Card and First Aid Certification for Construction Work.
• Proficiency in construction software (e.g., Microsoft Projects).
• Strong attention to detail and client-focused problem-solving skills.

• Occasional Saturday work (typically half days when required).
