About the Role
Based in Melbourne and reporting to the Contracts Manager, this role focuses on the effective administration and coordination of operations and maintenance contracts for significant renewable energy assets. You will play a vital role in ensuring smooth contract operations, minimizing risks, and optimizing value.
Responsibilities
- Assist in identifying and managing risks and opportunities associated with operations and maintenance agreements.
- Monitor contracts to ensure timely renewals, compliance, and value optimization.
- Support procurement processes and assist with contractor management, including preparing performance reports.
- Maintain records of contractual and regulatory obligations.
- Contribute to the development and maintenance of contract registers and efficient filing systems.
- Build strong working relationships with team members and other departments.
- Support efforts to enhance contract management methods and processes.
- You are an organized and detail-oriented professional looking to grow your skills in contract management. Your qualifications and attributes include:
- 1-2 years + in contract-focused roles or similar experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field (preferred).
- While renewable energy experience is not essential, experience in sectors such as power, construction, or infrastructure will be highly regarded.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in SharePoint, Microsoft Teams, and similar platforms.
- High attention to detail, interpersonal skills, and a collaborative mindset.
