Responsibilities –
- Manage end-to-end processes and equipment performance on the production line.
- Perform preventive maintenance on designated equipment.
- Deliver cost-effective solutions for equipment issues.
- Actively engage in development projects, installations, and commissioning.
- Ensure compliance with the production plan and quality standards.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives across the production line.
Requirements –
- Mechanical trade certificate.
- Strong mechanical knowledge and experience.
- Proficient in Computer Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS).
- FMCG, food or other manufacturing experience.
- Excellent communication skills and sharp attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and part of a team.
