The Role:
It is looking to add a Design Architect who has a creative design flair and is able to create design from very early concept design and see this through to DA submission.
The client is ideally looking to identify someone who has:
- A minimum of 5 years' post-graduate Architecture experience predominantly in Australia
- A well presented portfolio which highlights concept design, hand sketches and design development for DA / tender
- A design sensibility
- A design creativity
- The ability to communicate design ideas 'by hand' or via software
Ideally you will be :
- Capable of working through concept and scheme design phases up to DA
- Excellent communication skills
- Taking projects through from concept to DA
- Revit is essential
- Ambitious design.
