We are excited to partner with a leading residential builder in their search for an experienced Site Supervisor to oversee a high-end luxury home build in Wamberal. This is an incredible opportunity to bring your expertise to a prestigious project, working alongside a respected team known for delivering bespoke, high-quality residences.
With a 5-month contract commencing in mid to late January, this role is ideal for a detail-oriented and hands-on professional who thrives in high-end residential construction.
The Role: As the Site Supervisor, you will be responsible for managing all on-site activities, ensuring the successful delivery of a luxury residential project to the highest standard. Your responsibilities will include:
- Overseeing daily site operations and ensuring smooth workflow.
- Coordinating and supervising subcontractors and trades, particularly those specializing in high-end finishes, carpentry, electrical, and mechanical services.
- Maintaining quality control to ensure all work aligns with the design vision and premium standards.
- Managing site safety and compliance, ensuring adherence to WHS regulations.
- Monitoring project schedules and budgets, identifying and addressing potential delays or issues.
- Liaising with clients, architects, and designers to maintain a clear project vision and expectations.
- Proven experience as a Site Supervisor in high-end luxury residential projects.
- A carpentry background, with a strong understanding of detailed craftsmanship and premium finishes.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, ensuring smooth collaboration with trades, designers, and clients.
- Meticulous attention to detail, with a passion for delivering outstanding quality.
- A proactive and problem-solving mindset, ensuring challenges are addressed efficiently to keep the project on track.
