Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the end-to-end order process, including invoicing and order acknowledgments.
- Coordinate with warehouse teams to ensure timely deliveries.
- Manage purchasing activities to fulfill customer demands and maintain stock levels.
- Organize travel arrangements and logistics for the team.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with company quality standards and procedures.
- Proven experience in customer liaison, order processing, or sales support.
- Graduate in accounting, finance, engineering or business administration.
- Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in MS Office; SAP B1 or SAP experience is a plus.
- Self-motivated, adaptable, and willing to take on additional responsibilities.
