You will oversee contract negotiation, administration, and execution across development, pre-construction, construction, and operational phases of wind farm projects. Your expertise will ensure the company maintains the best commercial and financial position while managing contractor performance and risk mitigation.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement contract management procedures and commercial processes.
- Prepare, review, negotiate, and finalise contracts to achieve optimal business outcomes.
- Monitor contract performance, manage variations, payments, and compliance, and provide strategic advice.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align contract administration with project needs.
- Ensure proper contract close-out and adherence to regulatory requirements.
- Tertiary qualification in Contract Law, Contract Management, Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
- Extensive experience in contract administration within engineering, renewables, power generation or O&G.
- Strong commercial acumen with the ability to lead negotiations and manage risk.
- Knowledge of infrastructure project governance and the National Electricity Market (NEM).
- Excellent communication skills, with ability to negotiate contractual terms and influence project outcomes.
- Permanent full-time role based in Sydney CBD, with occasional travel and flexible work options.
