The projects this practice are involved with range from granny flats and low-rise residential, commercial, industrial, leisure, schools, retail and public facilities.
This long standing business have gone from strength to strength in recent years and are now looking to hire an additional team member. The position of an Office Coordinator has come up and this practice needs someone who is switched on and ready to hit the ground running.
As the Office Coordinator, your day to day will look like the following:
- Greeting clients and visitors at the reception area and answering incoming calls
- Handling office correspondence
- Managing calendar and appointments
- Support to Director
- Assisting the Property Management Team with processing invoices and scheduling inspections
- Accounts payable & receivable
- Generate invoices
- Deal with clients
- Project assistance
- Filing (electronic and manual)
- Responding to enquiries over the phone and email
- Keeping the reception area neat and tidy
- General administrative duties
- Directing calls to appropriate person
- Daily Banking
- Proficient computer skills
- Good communication skills
- A natural problem solver and the ability to prioritise and multitask
- A "Can Do" attitude and willingness to learn
- At least 2-3 years in an admin capacity with some accounts experience
- Willingness to learn
