The Role:
- Manage a tailored portfolio
- Prompt follow up & resolution of inquiries & complaints
- Liaising with Owners Corporation when required
- Prepare agendas and minutes for meetings
- Issuing notices, problem solving & dispute resolution
- Chair AGM meetings
- 5+ years of experience as a Strata Manager
- Class 2 or Class 1 Strata License
- Excellent written and verbal Communication
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent Customer Service skills and presentation
- Supportive team and good culture
