Under each of these brands, we’ve implemented various initiatives aimed at enhancing the health and wellbeing of all our team members. Our active health and wellbeing program serves multiple objectives, aligning the company. Moreover, they tend to approach problem-solving with increased creativity, a quality vital to the success of any growing business.
ACR Active is designed to promote physical well-being and team interaction. We offer longer lunch breaks, giving employees ample time to exercise during the day. Our weekly activities include yoga and pilates classes, 11-a-side lunchtime football matches, and netball sessions, ensuring there are diverse options for everyone to stay active and engaged.

Our wellbeing program supports employee health through flexible working arrangements and an Employee Assistance Program (EAP) offering up to 12 appointments annually with New Vision Psychology. We also provide mindfulness and wellbeing workshops to equip our team with stress management tools, demonstrating our commitment to a supportive and healthy work environment.
We conduct formal internal training sessions and workshops attended by all front office staff. These are designed and delivered by directors, managers and senior consultants focussed on a variety of topics. In 2016, we introduced the ACR Academy program, which meticulously breaks down the consultant role into 30 modules focusing on candidates, clients, and sales. This comprehensive program is delivered over the first six months of a trainee’s tenure with the company ensuring they are equipped with the essential skills and knowledge to excel in their role. We have launched a structured mentoring program that maintains an updated roster of willing mentors within our business. This list is shared company wide, enabling mentees to select a mentor whose values align best with theirs and who can offer targeted support in areas they seek assistance with.
