What is contract recruitment & payroll?

Working in a project driven environment, you can minimise risk and reduce cost by hiring workers on a temporary contract without the need to guarantee ongoing work.

Contract workers can be supplied at short notice and for the specific timeframe of the contract.

ACRWORLD contract division focuses on the supply of contract workers for variety of different positions, projects and locations. We offer fully outsourced solution including recruitment, on-boarding/compliance, payroll, OHS and on hiring of the workers into our clients’ operations.

Our contract division runs a database of prequalified contract workers with a variety of skills ready to mobilise as short notice. The ongoing maintenance and development of our pool of contract workers ensures we can quickly identify suitable workers by matching skill sets, rates and availability.

How it works:

The Candidate:

  • The candidate is engaged directly by ACRWORLD Pty Limited.
  • The candidate wages, superannuation, and payroll tax are managed by us.
  • The candidate is employed under their applicable award, ensuring all entitlements are met.
  • The candidate is covered by our insurances (PI, PL & WC) while working with you in your workplace.
  • The candidate is screened and inducted through WorkPro, which we also use for ongoing monitoring of Citizenship/Working Rights and applicable tickets and licences. 

The Client:

  • We work on a circumstantial basis, which means each placement has an individual contract.
  • They record a weekly timesheet which is submitted to you for approval.
  • Invoices are paid on the agreed payment terms and are raised weekly in line with the candidates pay (standard 14-day payment terms unless agreed otherwise).
  • The placement is not subjected to minimum or maximum contracts, notice periods, and no fees for shortened contracts.
  • Should you wish to take the candidate on permanently, you agree to pay a temporary to permanent fee as stated in our terms.
